Tisza Automotive is a manufacturing company specialized in wire harnesses and other manual, assembly-intensive processes for the automotive industry and related industrial sectors. We deliver series programs as well as low-volume and after-sales requirements, with a focus on quality and efficient work organization.
What we do
Series production of wire harnesses with a stable organization, work standards and controlled process checkpoints. We support variant management per program and reliable delivery through ramp-up and stabilization phases.
Manual and assembly-intensive processes where precision, discipline and trained teams are key to stable output. Work organization and standardized operations support consistent quality and efficient execution.
Low-volume runs and after-sales requirements delivered with fast response and clear variant management. Focus on delivery continuity over the product life cycle, supported by flexible planning and stable execution.
Wire harnesses and related assembly processes for non-automotive projects and special applications, built to the partner’s specification. Suitable for programs where manual operations, variant complexity and controlled processes are critical requirements.

In Serbia, we deliver wire harness programs through stable teams and controlled processes. A network of sites in Vojvodina enables fast program-level adaptation and reliable execution in demanding conditions.

1) Contract manufacturing
We take over production to agreed standards, while the partner retains product ownership and the commercial relationship with the end customer.

2) Integrated supplier
We integrate more deeply into the partner’s supply chain and take on a broader part of operational delivery, with clearly defined interfaces and responsibilities.

- Transparent reporting and change management as agreed
3) Production takeover (turnkey)
By agreement, we take full operational responsibility for program delivery (“turnkey”) - from production organization to process compliance and delivery.

- The partner is relieved from day-to-day production management and process coordination
- Responsibility boundaries are defined contractually (e.g., documentation, suppliers, logistics, licensing/IP where relevant)

Program prolazi kroz fazu pripreme, starta proizvodnje i stabilizacije. Tokom tog perioda prate se performanse procesa i uvode korektivne mere kako bi se obezbedila stabilna i predvidiva isporuka.

Možemo se uključiti u različitim fazama — od pripreme i industrijalizacije do stabilne serijske proizvodnje ili after-sales podrške, u zavisnosti od potreba programa.
