Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Answers to the most frequent questions about programs, implementation and cooperation methods.

1. What types of programs do you support?

We support series production, low-volume programs and after-sales requirements. Scope, organization and resources are defined for each program in line with the partner’s needs.

2. At what project stage can you involve us?

We can get involved from preparation and industrialization, through start and stabilization, to ongoing series delivery or after-sales support.

3. Can you support program changes or product variants?

Yes. Production organization can be adapted to product variants and program changes, with resource planning, process control and an agreed change implementation approach.

4. Do you support non-automotive projects?

Yes. We also support industrial projects where manual assembly, variant complexity and controlled processes are key. Each project is assessed against requirements and available capacity.

5. What does ramp-up and production stabilization look like?

A program goes through preparation, start of production and stabilization. We monitor process performance and introduce corrective actions to ensure stable and predictable delivery.

6. How do you ensure process stability?

We ensure stability through standardized work, training, performance monitoring and continuous improvement throughout the program.

7. How quickly can you adjust capacity for a program?

We adjust capacity through team planning, work organization and resource alignment per program. Timing depends on scope and requirements; an estimate follows an initial assessment.

8. What does project communication look like?

There is a defined contact person and regular operational communication to ensure transparency and stable cooperation.

9. How do you approach quality and process control?

We ensure quality through work standards, control of key process checkpoints and clearly defined responsibilities - aligned with program requirements.

10. How do you handle deviations (8D)?

We address deviations through a structured process and the 8D methodology, with clearly defined responsibilities and actions to stabilize the process.

11. Which methods and tools are used in practice?

We use standard planning and process control methods and quality tools (FMEA, PPAP, 8D, SPC, Lean, 5S, Kaizen), aligned with program requirements.

12. How does cooperation start?

Cooperation starts with an exchange of core program information (scope, process, timelines), followed by a preliminary capacity and organization assessment and a proposal of next steps.

13. Can you get involved short-term as a capacity support?

The program is assessed based on scope and requirements. After initial information, we propose a realistic involvement plan, organization setup and stabilization timeline.

14. Which cooperation models are available?

The model is selected according to the program and partner needs: contract manufacturing, integrated supplier or extended scope/production takeover - with a clearly defined scope and responsibilities.
