As we previously reported, at the end of the year the company Tisza Automotive organized a series of activities on the occasion of the Christmas and New Year holidays. Among them were humanitarian actions in which we distributed gift packages to vulnerable individuals across Vojvodina, as well as activities in which our employees also took part.
Among all these activities, one of the most exciting was our large prize game called Tisza Family Happy Holidays.
During the holiday period, we asked our colleagues various prize questions at our locations in Kikinda, Bečej, and Senta. Our colleagues had the opportunity to place their answer slips into boxes set up for this purpose. Each colleague could participate in the campaign multiple times if they answered every question, so the greatest chances of winning were for those who played every day.
Among the questions asked were not only those related to the company’s operations and production, but also more relaxed questions, within which our employees could write who their favorite colleague at work is, or say which company event they liked the most.
The campaign was very successful, with thousands of coupons collected during its duration. Among the colleagues participating in the game, we drew shopping vouchers. The main prize was a shopping voucher worth 100,000 dinars.
We organized the drawing in our office in Senta, and our employees were able to follow the draw via live stream through the company’s communication channel.
The campaign was very successful, many people participated in it, and we received a lot of positive feedback from our colleagues. The responsible colleagues at Tisza Automotive are preparing various promotions for employees throughout 2024, so that everyone feels comfortable at work and has time and opportunities, in addition to work, to socialize and relax.
