For the third year in a row, our team had the opportunity to come together at the large summer team-building event called the Tisza Summer Picnic.
This event has become an integral part of the culture of Tisza Automotive. For the second consecutive year, it was held at the city swimming pool in Senta, a location that has proven to be ideal for fun, relaxation, and strengthening relationships among employees.
A combination of competitions, team games, and summer fun
This exceptional day was dedicated to strengthening team spirit, socializing, and creating new friendships among employees. The program featured a variety of competitive challenges that motivated everyone present to showcase their potential. Among the most notable was the beef goulash cooking competition, where teams competed in preparing this traditional dish with a strong dose of competitive enthusiasm.
In addition to the culinary competition, our employees had the opportunity to take part in various sports and entertainment activities. They competed in swimming relays, live table football games, tug of war, bucket relays, arm wrestling, hammer throw, and football darts.
Above all, the swimming pool provided perfect refreshment during the warm summer day, while music and laughter echoed throughout the venue all day long.
After a full day of activities and the award ceremony for the most successful participants, the day concluded with an evening program and party, featuring a DJ who created an unforgettable atmosphere. Dancing, smiles, and energy filled the space, confirming how much such moments mean for interpersonal relationships, motivation, and a sense of belonging within the team.
Awards for the best teams
A special moment of the day was the announcement of the award winners. The recognition for the most creative team was awarded to “Nema tufixa”, second place went to “Mig, mig, stižemo, stižemo”, while third place was shared by “Priprema, pozor, sad” and “Kića i štrumfete”. The team “Arbajteri” received a special award for outstanding creativity.
In the category of best cook, first place was won by the team “Osvajači”, while second and third place went to “Priprema, pozor, sad” and the team “Leteći odred”.
The most successful teams were “Leteći”, “Flamingosi”, and “Mig, mig, stižemo, stižemo”, who performed excellently in team games.
In addition to team activities, individual games were also organized, where participants had the opportunity to demonstrate their strength and precision. Below, we highlight the winners in these disciplines:
