LionMan initiative – recognition for outstanding male colleagues
After dedicating March to our female colleagues through the LionWoman campaign, the month of May was devoted to our male colleagues. The LionMan campaign enabled employees to vote for a colleague who inspires them in their everyday work.
The aim of this initiative was to recognize employees who contribute daily to a positive and supportive atmosphere. These are colleagues who strengthen team spirit through their example and work, take responsibility, and selflessly support others.
Initiatives such as LionWoman and LionMan have become an integral part of our corporate culture. We have been implementing these campaigns for the third year in a row. They remind us how important it is to nurture respect among colleagues. Inspiration often comes from the very people we work with every day.
