Foreman
If you have already gained experience with production processes at Tisza Automotive, you can apply for the foreman position. The tasks of a foreman include ensuring the smooth flow of production, implementing the business plan, and monitoring and checking work processes.
We recommend this position to colleagues who have strong problem-solving skills, systematic and goal-oriented thinking, and the ability to plan ahead.
Team leader
The team leader position represents an exciting challenge for everyone who intends to move up the career ladder. The tasks are similar to the previous position, with the added responsibility of professionally integrating new employees into production and continuously managing raw materials in the production process.
Mentor
If you communicate well with people and enjoy helping others, the mentor position is for you. The task of a mentor at Tisza Automotive is to build trust with new colleagues so that they feel safe and know whom to turn to in case of any obstacles during their work. Quality controller
This position is best suited to those who value order and consistency and for whom performing tasks without errors at a high level is a priority. The tasks of a quality controller include checking machine settings according to regulations, performing random quality checks of materials on production lines, and proposing solutions to eliminate errors.
Trainer
If you are someone who enjoys and excels at passing on knowledge to others, you can be the person with whom new colleagues spend their first days at Tisza Automotive and from whom they receive the basic knowledge needed to start working. You will provide initial theoretical and practical skills and information, and the more precise and comprehensive you are, the easier it will be for them to adapt to production.
