This year, for the second time, we organized our team-building event, the Tisza Summer Picnic, which took place last Saturday in the People’s Garden, in the courtyard of the city swimming pool in Senta, in a wonderful atmosphere. We spent an unforgettable day together filled with socializing, laughter, and fun.
The goal of this team building was simple – to spend a day together in a great atmosphere, far from work obligations, focusing exclusively on fun and strengthening team spirit. One of the main attractions was the beef goulash cooking competition, along with numerous individual and team competitions such as swimming relays, live table football, tug of war, bucket relays, a rodeo bull, arm wrestling, and chess.
The atmosphere within the teams was extremely cheerful, with music contributing to a relaxed ambience. There was an opportunity to form new friendships among more than a thousand participants. In addition to the competitions, there were many other entertaining activities. Thanks to the possibilities offered by the venue, participants could enjoy the swimming pool to cool off during the hot day. In addition, a sightseeing tour of the town of Senta was organized by horse-drawn carriage.
A special moment of the day was the announcement of the award winners. The recognition for the most creative team was awarded to the “Flying Unit of Fiery Angels”, second place went to “All for One, One for All”, while third place was taken by the “Unlucky Treasure Hunters”. The “Joker” team received a special award for an exceptionally creative mascot.
In the category of best cook, first place was won by the team “Dada and the Dwarfs”, while second and third place went to the “Surviver” team and the team “We Can Do It”.
The most successful teams were “Unilajneri”, “SuperHeRoTeAm”, and “We Barely Got Together”, who performed excellently in the team games.
This year, we are celebrating a special jubilee of our company. Exactly ten years ago, in 2014, we opened our first production facility in Senta. Organizing this event also provided a perfect opportunity to celebrate our tenth anniversary together with our colleagues, highlighting the importance of interpersonal relationships and team spirit that make our company unique and successful.
