The company Tisza Automotive is behind an exceptionally dynamic year. The company, which has its production facilities in Senta, Bečej, and Kikinda, where it employs more than 2,300 workers, manufactures wiring harnesses for passenger vehicles.
The automotive industry is one of the sectors with the most dynamic changes, thanks to constant technological innovations, the challenges of a globalized market, and the emergence of electric vehicles, which require new production solutions.
In his year-end summary, Endre Biači, the operations manager of our company, grouped the events in the factory in 2023 around two main topics. These are the development of production and projects, as well as increased attention to employees.
Project development, new projects
As Endre Biači pointed out, this year the company’s focus was on improving existing projects, stabilizing processes, and launching new projects at all locations, since similar production takes place in Senta, Bečej, and Kikinda, which must respond to industry challenges and the high quality requirements expected by our customers. We succeeded in meeting these requirements.
The global automotive industry is undergoing significant changes in this decade, which is most clearly reflected in the fact that vehicles with internal combustion engines are increasingly being pushed into the background, while the popularity of electric cars continues to grow.
This is a change and a challenge that modifies orders and the nature of production, which makes it important to prepare properly and ensure that production is carried out in accordance with prescribed standards. For this reason, during 2023, Tisza Automotive introduced a number of significant technological innovations in order to meet, to the greatest possible extent, the demand for wiring harnesses installed in electric vehicles.
